7. shipping policy

8. returns and refunds
8.1 Customers are eligible for refunds, exchanges or cancellations of orders within14 business days from receipt of order.
8.2 Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, according to clearing company and the credit card company, and subject to the arrival of the jewelry to the Site's address.
8.3 In the event that a refund, exchange or cancellation is requested by the customer after the 14 days period above, the request of a refund, exchange or cancellation will be subject to the Site’s sole judgement.
8.4 Refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be approved after the customer receives a written message of approval from the Site.
8.5 In the event that a refund, exchange or cancellation is approved by the Site for reasons not including product defects:
8.5.1 the customer must return the jewelry in its original packaging;
8.5.2 the customer must return the jewelry unused, in the condition in which they received the jewelry;
8.5.3 the jewelry will be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase;
8.5.4 the expense of return will be paid for by the customer;
8.5.5 in the event of exchange, the shipping cost of the new jewelry may be higher than the original shipping cost on the shipping policy on the Site.
8.5.6 a return fee of 100 NIS or 5% of the price of the jewelry will be charged (to be determined by the cheaper option);
8.5.7 exchanges will be supplied and delivered according to the site shipping policy and shipping costs.
8.6 In the event that a refund, exchange or cancellation is approved by the Site due to a product defect, the Site will hold sole responsibility for collecting or exchanging the products.
8.7 The Site will examine all defective products. In the event that the Site finds the product to be valid, refunds will not be approved and the product will be shipped back to the customer after an additional shipping fee has been paid by the customer.
8.8 Products that were custom made will not be refunded, exchanged or returned, according to the Israeli Consumer Protection Regulation, 1981.
9. the warranty for jewlery
9.1 The jewelry on the site is covered by a warranty for a period of [time frame] from the date of purchase on the site
9.2 For the sake of good order, the following cases will have no liability:
9.2.1 reasonable quality erosion
9.2.2 Blackening due to unreasonable and / or improper use of the jewelry in violation of the site’s instructions;
9.2.3 Loss of the jewel or part of it;
9.2.4 Tear or break in a piece of jewelry or part of it;
9.2.5 Damage caused to the jewelry by the customer, including contact with water and / or chlorine and / or cosmetics and / or other substances such as alcohol will damage the jewelry;
9.3 At the end of the warranty period, any repairs will be charged.
9.4 Exercise of the warranty will be done by returning the jewelry to the website, subject to presentation of a transaction invoice or proof of transaction.
9.5 The warranty does not include the cleaning of the jewelry.
9.6 The warranty will be exercised only after the jewelry has been inspected by the website and approved.
10. governing law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel applicable toagreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10.2 Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us (collectively, the “Parties” and individually, a “Party”) shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state Israel, and the Parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non convenience.
