Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BAYLI piece.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 business days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unworn
• In its original condition
• Returned with the original packaging

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

One of One Collection

Every piece in the One of One Collection is handcrafted as a unique creation.

Once sold, it will never be reproduced.

Returns and exchanges remain available within our 14 business day policy, however an identical replacement cannot be guaranteed.
